Foxconn, the largest Apple partner in the iPhone Council, changes the business direction. The company reduces the number of experts in India – about 300 Chinese engineers will be brought back to their homeland.
The main reason for changes is the growth of concern in artificial intelligence. Instead of the usual assembly of smartphones and Foxconn computer, now based on who the server is produced.
Previously, Foxconn was linked to giant factories producing millions of iPhones. Now, the company wants an important position, according to experts, the future of computer technology. According to Barclays analysts, Foxconn gradually far exceeds his traditional business and will become a remarkable player not only in the field of AI server, but also in a new direction – electricity for human -shaped robots.
