Patrick Avois Jr., founder and president of Ashey University in the Gan, changed higher education in Africa. His creative efforts created Ashey University as a model to nurture leadership and moral innovation. Thanks to the job level of 90 percent of graduates and a student army, including 50 % of women, Avoa has expanded the ability of a new African leadership to solve the most important issues of the continent.
Hugh Evans, co -founder and general manager of Global Citizen, attracted up to 43.6 billion dollars to combat poverty and promote global development. His support was affected by more than 1.3 billion people in the world, access to health care, education and other basic services improved. Evans has revised global activities, combining large movements with systematic changes in politics to combat inequality globally.
Vanjira Mathai, the regional director of Africa of the World Resources Institute, is a leading force in the field of environmental rehabilitation and sustainable development. As a leading character in the Green Ring Movement, she led 51 million trees and topped the AFR100 initiative, aiming to restore 100 million hectares of decline lands across Africa by 2030. Mathai's work combined with environmental recovery with the expansion of economic rights and opportunities, creating sustainable livelihoods and climate change wars.
In addition, the prestigious award of the founder will be awarded to Shanana Guzhman (Xanana Gusmander), an important leader in the struggle of East Timor to gain independence. As the first president of the country and the current Prime Minister, Guzhman protects the world and the international solidarity with the help of initiatives such as G7+, contributing to unstable cooperation between countries to overcome common problems.
The awards ceremony will be held on April 11, 2025 in Seoul, South Korea. Each winner will receive $ 200,000, a medal and a memorial board.
