The court found that the Minister of Labor and Social Development of North Ossetia Alina Aidarov in abusing official power and convicted three years in prison. This has been reported by the press service of the region's prosecutor's office on the official website.
Aidarov was convicted of a criminal article on government abuse.
The court realized that she was colluded with entrepreneurs and officials of organizations depending on her, concluding state contracts without the next procedures.
It was clarified that from January 2022 to May 2023, Aidarova signed a contract to buy gift sets for families with newborn babies for 50 million rubles with a supplier.
Aidarov was arrested in September last year. According to the audit results conducted by the Federal Security Service Department cooperated with the prosecutor's office and the Ministry of Home Affairs's investigations, a criminal case has been opened in reality beyond the official powers of a group of people first.
Last year, the following parts of the RF IC sent nine thousand criminal cases on corruption crimes – 14.4% more than 2023.
