The investigating committee opened a criminal case on illegal gambling on Vernadsky in Moscow, three were detained. This has been reported in the press service of the General Department of Metropolitan of Russia's IC.
“A criminal case has been established on the grounds of crime under part 3 of Article 171.2 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal organization and gambling act). The investigation has established and detained three defendants related to the commission of this crime investigation.
According to the investigation, some people hired a facility on the Vernadsky Boulevard, where they organized gambling. During the search process, 25 gambling machines, gaming boards, mobile phones and draft documents were found and seized, in which, perhaps, the financial statements of illegal activities were reflected. Other accomplices of criminals are currently being established.
