Student event center “Student activity center” was established for children in elementary school age in order to support their development in social, cultural, artistic and sports fields suitable to students' interests and abilities. In addition, personal support will be provided to students in homework activities and projects. In organizations, teachers, experts, teachers and instructors/psychological advisors in the field of operation of the center will be able to participate. The center of language and therapy speaks The second type of private organization, “Language Center and Therapy Center” with the development of communication skills of individuals, fluency about speech, age and culture in accordance with the appropriate sound characteristics to increase social harmony. Both individual and group training can be given in these centers. According to the programs, experts will be able to serve as those who follow the therapist, language therapists and words, audiologists and speech disorders. Psychological and guide consulting centers The third definition is “psychological and guidance centers”, individuals will provide professional psychological support based on individuals and/or groups for individuals to learn themselves, to develop problem -solving skills and decide and enhance psychological good and professional development support. Guide teachers/psychologists and psychologists will be able to join these centers. With new regulations, it aims to increase the number of private organizations that support students' development according to their interests and abilities, increase their communication skills and provide psychological support.
