Authorities call for the people of the town to treat the situation by understanding and careful, as well as at home. On the same day, the stormy wind led to interruptions in the operations of networks and a series of power outages in the six regions of Kuzbass, five areas of Altai territory, as well as in Khakassia. Rescuers did everything possible to perform the recovery work as soon as possible.
