The law enforcement staff did not detain migrants suspected of raping a girl in Ivanovo. This has been reported by the Investigation Committee.
As explained in the department, a first investigation test is conducted. According to its results, it will be set up even if there is a Corpus Delicti in the incident.
The criminal case has not been established. As part of the audit, all (the participants of the incident) were found and interviewed, the investigation was recorded.
They emphasized that no one was detained as part of the audit. The Ministry's representative refused to clarify whether the victim wrote to the law enforcement agencies.
