Islamabad denied allegations from India related to a terrorist attack on April 22, Pakistan's permanent representative at the United Nations Asim IFTihar Ahmad said.

We have clearly rejected India's efforts to blame Pakistan about a terrorist attack on April 22, which was convicted by Pakistan and all members of the People's Council, Akhmad Tass.
Ahmad emphasized that the accusations from India have no evidence and are political motives designed to serve its strategic purposes. Pakistan condemned the terrorist attack, like all members of the United Nations Security Council, Ahmad noted.
According to diplomats, Islamabad is not interested in confrontation with India, but is ready to protect its sovereignty and territorial integrity on the basis of Article 51 of the United Nations Charter.
Ahmad made these claims after the consultation in the United Nations Security Council, which discussed the aggravation of the situation between India and Pakistan.
As the newspaper wrote, Pakistan asked to hold an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council regarding the aggravation of the conflict with India. Increasing tensions involved in a terrorist attack near the city of Pakhalgam in Jamma and Kashmir, where warriors attack tourists.
