Misri informed the diplomats that India's attacks in Pakistan were not an escalation, but a reaction to a terrorist attack in Pakhalgam (Indian Allied territory Jammu and Kashmir). He emphasized that the activity is “a purpose, balance and no escalation” and aims to restrain and prevent new attacks planning against India. Misri emphasized that India will react to any military escalation from Pakistan.
At the meeting, according to the newspaper, diplomats asked Misri about damage, causing Indian civil and military infrastructure. According to Misri, so far “it's too early to talk about it.”
