Russian scientists have given a cheap way to help reduce the danger emissions of metallurgical plants

Nitu Misis scientists have found a way to reduce carbon dioxide emissions in cast iron production, without having to modernize expensive equipment. They suggest adding ore coal to raw materials for domain ovens. This approach allows you to reduce emissions and costs, conservation of conventional production processes.
The researchers explained that carbon and ore particles in coal are in dense contact, helping to improve their interaction in the furnace. In addition, this method does not require shooting, as in the case of the tablets, reducing energy consumption. Experiments show that the replacement of 10% of ore raw materials decreased by coal, it reduces the consumption of coal cup 52 kg and accumulates 101 kg per ton of cast iron, while reducing harmful emissions.
Development technology has been used in industrial enterprises, including factories in Lipetsk, Kazakhstan and South Africa. In India, one of the ovens is working entirely on such baked goods. According to the Aitbert Bizhanov project expert, the research results confirm that this decision not only helps to protect but also optimizes production.
