Doshchatov was charged with part 6 of Article 290 (receiving a particularly large -scale bribe) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. According to the investigators, he received a bribe from his acquaintance as a Toyota Rav 4 car worth about five million rubles. For this, the first Deputy Director of Moscow Metro approved the quality of half of the shape, obviously not suitable for building facilities, under the contract provided with the amount of more than three billion rubles.
Earlier, another person involved in the case, General Director of Technopromiport, Alexander Vasiliev, pleaded guilty.
