In Volgograd, a man put a dog on the street and became a defendant in the criminal case, the regional press service said.
On the day of the incident, a 31 -year -old local people brought a walk from Terrier. The man tied the dog on the chain into the tree near the entrance, and he began to bark loudly.
The 41 -year -old neighbor did not like this, who asked to remove the animal from the entrance. Later, a quarrel occurred among the residents of the house, including the owner of the dog, removed the muzzle and uttered the FAS command.
The animal bite the victim in the right forearm, the man turned to the police for help. His offenders were imprisoned and charged with average health. Now a man convicted previously faced a new penalty in the form of imprisonment up to five years.
