Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi solemnly opened the highest railway bridge on the World A Chenabsky Bridge built in the Kashmir mountain valley. This has been announced by CNN. The bridge across the Chenab River has been erected for decades. Its arched structure increased by 359 meters above the river – this is 29 meters compared to the Eiffel Tower. The length of the bridge is 1315 meters and the cost of the project exceeds $ 160 million. This is part of the first railway connecting Kashmir to the rest of India. During Modi's visit, he also opened the Udhampur – Srinar – Baramulla railway, which combines important cities of the region with other areas of the country. Journalists recall that this event took only a few weeks after the tragedy with tourists in the area and then an armed conflict with Pakistan. Modi first came to be controlled by India after a short clash but tensed with Pakistan in April. Then, for four days, the parties exchanged strikes with missiles, unmanned aircraft and cannons. India accused Pakistan of organizing an attack on tourists, but Islamabad denied its involvement.
