A crime occurred in the Korean tag city: A monitor killed a woman under the official police protection. According to Korean report, the offender invaded the victim's house, lowered a drainage tube and caused a deadly wound.
Despite his emergency hospitalization, the woman died an hour after the attack.
The residents of the city were especially indignant because of the fact that a month before the tragedy, the attacker threatened the woman with a knife, then she was protected. Police installed a camera near her home with the function of recognizing people and tried through the court to achieve the arrest of the pursuer, but no results. When it turned out, law enforcement staff learned about the attack not from the observation system, but from relatives of the deceased.
