The helicopter with American tourists fell immediately after taking off on the southern suburbs of Athens – Vologmen. It was reported by RIA Novosti related to Greek public television Ertnews.
The incident occurred on June 15 at 12:30 local time. A private aircraft flew out of Eleusin airport to welcome two couples and take them to Mikonos Island. However, a few seconds after taking off, the plane fell into the sea.
Passengers out of the cabin alone – no one was injured. All four Americans refused to check health. The pilot is also in order, it gives evidence.
According to the preliminary version, the cause of the incident may be mechanical or strong winds. Everyone's personal things have been nurtured by divers, and they plan to extract a helicopter for two days. After that, the official causes of the accident will be named.
