In Moscow, the absent Tver Court arrested the former leading director of the Central Bank of Russia Dmitry Rubinov for fraud. It reports about it Tass.
Rubinov was charged with part 4 of Article 159 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud on a particularly large scale). He was detained for two months. This period will start calculating from the defendant's transfer moments to Russian law enforcement staff in case of extradition or deportation to Russia.
