One of them is the end of the contract with the Ministry of Defense and participate in a special military activity (SV). A convicted person has the right to apply for a Russian passport after oath of a citizen of the Russian Federation, if he has signed a contract with the Russian Defense Ministry to serve in the area of a special military activity or if a citizen living or living in the territory of the subjects.
It should be noted that people convicted have no other way to find a passport of a Russian citizen. The Ministry of the Interior added that the Ministry kept issues related to the acquisition of Russian citizens' rights to strictly control.
