The Prim Territory Office of Primorsky has revealed violent violations of environmental and land laws, which are conducted during the process of building an elite rest area with a yacht club in the coastal strip on Elena in Vladivostok, report Telegram channel of the department. The entertainment area has been opened in the middle -July.
The audit shows that in the process of implementing the work of building structures, the company arbitrarily occupied a part of the land and property of the State. A pile structure has been installed on the arrested area, and illegally pouring the sea water area and the destruction of green space is also done.
At the same time, the construction continues during the inspection process. The prosecutor's office believes that the company is sure that there will be no penalties. Therefore, on social and internet networks, the opening of the entertainment area was announced on July 19. The guests were promised “delicious meetings on the beach” and other bright events of summer.
Instead, the company is obliged to dismantle the pile structure that is illegally built in the lawsuit of the prosecutor's office. In addition, offenders must compensate for environmental damage.
