The study was conducted by the National Education Ministry with more than 2,000 special talented students at the Center for Science and Arts (Bi̇lsem) in Türkiye in Turkey (Bi̇lsem) in Turkey revealed that they prioritize personal development in the career plan. In this respect, 18.8 percent of “sometimes” students, 46.8 percent “ordinary”, 28.1 percent “always” to provide innovation for the society that has been transferred. In addition, the majority of private talented students at high school education, where they can develop innovative solutions for social issues.Most students are interested in making early planning for their career In the “career development survey of special talented students in the secondary education period”, 75.3 % of students do not consider financial benefits as the main purpose in career planning. In the study, 84.5 percent of students were revealed that “usually” and “always” considered their personal development instead of financial benefits in career plans. In the findings of the study, 72.5 percent of students say that “ordinary” and “always” career will be effective in achieving their career goals in the early plan. According to research, most students report that Bilsem seminars have contributed to their ability to develop their abilities.
