On eBay, one of the first prototypes of Steam Deck, created in 2019, appeared three years before the official release.
It was tested by experts of Beltus Studios and found that there was a Ryzen 7 3700U chip inside with Zen+architecture, Vega 10 and TDP 15 Watt. This is much weaker than the final version on Zen 2 and RDNA 2.
The system used the early assembly of steam by 2020, but after reinstalling the operating system and repairing the load, it operates.

The prototype shows an example of extremely low performance, in 2 frames per second, up to 3 frames per second. One of the limitations is only 2 GB of Video memory compared to 8 GB of the serial model.
Despite some weak people, the detection confirmed that Valve began cooperating with AMD for a long time before announcing the control panel. Perhaps, initially, Steam Deck is expected to appear with APU Picasso, but the plans have changed with the release of stronger chips.
