The General Director of Epic Games Tim Suini on his page on social network X (formerly Twitter) said the company has not received an approval from Apple for an application for Fortnite on the App Store. This is dangerous for the release of a large content update Fortnite, 9TO5MAC report.

According to Suini, Epic Games applied on May 9, after the Court asked Apple to comply with the command since 2021. However, Apple is not required to return Fortnite to an application store, because the court acknowledged that developers violated the terms of the agreement and the application blocking was legal.
Five days later, Epic Games recalled the first application and was updated to synchronize it with releases on other platforms. As a rule, 90% of applications approved by Apple within a day, this makes the situation delayed with Fortnite typical.
At the same time, Epic Games did not disclose plans in the case of Apple to skip the application again or refuse to publish Fortnite.
Fortnite has been deleted from the App Store and Google Play for violating the store's conditions – developers have provided gamers to buy goods through Apple and Google payment services.
Earlier, it was reported that Epic Games Store provided two games for PC and Android for free and forever.
