Foundry Digital Thomas Morgan tested the Mindseye game with a 1.07 patch on PlayStation 5 dashboard and Xbox Series X/S. According to experts, the project is facing serious problems with graphics, stability and overall quality of execution.
The game only provides a graphic mode with a fixed frequency of 30 frames per second, using dynamic resolution and proportional technology. Despite the departure of PS5 Pro, developers did not make any improvement for this dashboard. The only difference is the slightly higher output – about 1296p compared to 972 throwing1008p on the basis of PS5 and Xbox Series X, while the Xbox Series S displays the game in a resolution of 720 720756p. At the same time, the overall quality of the image is still low on all systems, especially on the budget Xbox, where the visual creation is most noticeable.
The game does not provide 30 stable / second frames even on the PS5 Pro: Framretite often drops to 20 frames 25 and in the downloaded scenes – even lower. The important drawings have been recorded up to 18 frames per second on the Xbox Series S, with flights. The narrow point is the limitations of the processor and the distribution of poor personnel.
Experts have also added game errors to technical issues: the opponent can freeze, disappear or react with the player, the shelter inappropriate operation and the tasks sometimes cannot be completed due to the logic in NPC's logic.
According to Morgan, Mindseye has potential, but in the current situation, experts cannot ask him to buy on the control panel.
Mindseye's actions from The Build a Rocket Boy Studio were created under the leadership of Leslie Basilis, former Rockstar producer and one of the main developers of the GTA series. The project received extremely low points.
