NVIDIA is preparing to launch a new import video card – RTX 5050. According to Videocardz, the release will take place in July 2025.

This device will be based on the GB207 graphics processor with 2560 CUDA nuclei – this is the third less than the RTX 5060. The card will also receive 8 GB of GDDR6 video memory, which will become Dawgraid compared to GDDR7 for high -end models of the series.
It is important to note that the ability to convert RTX 5050 to GDDR7 faster is considered – as previously done with the mobile version. Rumors also showed the parallel launch of both desktop computer modifications and RTX 5050 laptops.
NVIDIA is accused of checking new GIGABYTE memory modules that can appear in the younger RTX 50xx, including RTX 5050. This may be an effort to fix criticisms about the VRAM mass not enough in previous generations.
RTX 5050 will be equipped with 128 bit tires and TDP in 130 watts. Therefore, the card will be a reasonable solution for playing FullHD gaming while maintaining the main features of the Blackwell architecture.
