WCCFTECH information portal, quoted industry people from Chiphell, says rumors about AMD work on Ryzen 9000 processor with two chiplets X3D are fake. Chiphell's insiders say that such a processor does not exist. Chiplet is a special microchip developed to work with similar ingredients.

There is a Ryzen 9000x3D, a similar substance of Ryzen 7 9800x3D. Moreover, this processor may appear next year with lower TDP due to the smaller watch frequency. It is expected that its performance will be comparable to 9800x3D in games, but it is not possible to surpass Ryzen 9950x3D.
According to WCCFTECH, the dual X3D variant (two chiplets), even if there is existence, can increase the yield of only 4%, which makes the installation inappropriate. Ryzen 9800x3D and 9950x3D have proven impressive results with a X3D chip and an increase of 4% without justifying the increase in costs and therefore, labor costs for production. Moreover, two chiplets can adversely affect the applications that are sensitive to delays.
It should also be noted that double X3D processors in the Zen 6 series may be required, but for Ryzen 9000, it will not benefit.
