Videocardz information portal found that most of the problems are usually not broken. The main source is thermal layers, when prolonged at high temperatures, starting to emit oil.
This is called bleeding oil and is especially common on maps that are actively used for exploitation. This behavior of heat straps is not considered a defect and does not affect the work of the video card.
However, over time, the thermal conductivity of the pads may decrease. In such cases, replace them better, especially if the card is used under the load.

Sometimes other components, for example, electrical capacitors or Thermogel, as in the case of separate models from Gigabyte, can be the cause of the appearance of liquid.
If the points on the map are oil, you should not worry. But if the liquid is like water, it is better to turn off the system and contact an expert.
