Therefore, metal structures have been stolen with more than 114.5 million rubles. The main defendant in this case is Lieutenant General Oleg Tsokov, who, according to investigators, related to Popov in a criminal plan, because he knows about the enthusiasm of his colleagues in sports. Popov denies this.
