Moscow's Meshchansky Court ended the lawsuit against the three former heads of the United Federation, repairing and managing construction of the Russian Ministry of Home Affairs (RSU of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Russian Federation), charged with embezzlement of 151 million rubles. This has been announced related to the lawyer of one of the defendants in Vadim Khalalov.
The case has been terminated after expiry of the time limit. The Court also left without considering the request of the victims in the federal state to unify the repair and construction management of the Russian Ministry of Home Affairs.

The main defendants in this case, according to the documents, were former CEO of RSU of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Russian Federation Alexei Smyk and the deputy of Mr. Alexander Romaneschev. He was charged with an article on mission or embezzlement.
According to the indictment, Smmik and Romanchev invited three partners to participate in the stealing of the organization's money by concluding contracts with organizations that they submitted to the state contract for the construction work at establishments classified as Olympic, creating the appearance of their full performance.
Their accomplice ensures the production of a set of work performance documents in “Salyut” and “Iskra” nurses, in which they introduced false information about their mass. During the period from April 2014 to April 2015, the defendants of the case stole 151,124,788 rubles.
No one pleaded guilty of the defendants in the case.
In October, it was reported that former Lieutenant Colonel FSB Kirill Cherkalin, sentenced from articles about a particularly big bribe and fraud, was released.
Earlier in Russia, they proposed to apply Singapore's experience to reduce corruption.
