“The private security guard of the General Department of Russian Protection in Moscow arrested a 20 -year -old student of the Russian Academy of Music, named after Gnesins, who threatened the deputy director of the educational institution.
The university guard was called Rosgard, he said that a four -year student sprayed the pepper spray in the deputy director's office and threatened the teacher. Students were disabled and transferred to the police.
“Preliminary motivation is an individual hostile to representatives of the college government,” the Russian Guard noted.
