In the Moscow area, a foreigner defeated an eight -year -old child in the playground during the conflict. This has been reported by the General Department of the Russian Ministry of Home Affairs in the region.
The incident occurred on the playground on Borisovka street in Mytishchi – a migrant born in 1995, during the conflict, beat a boy many times. After the incident, she left the scene, but was later detained by police. The child's father has moved to law enforcement agencies.
The injured boy was assisted with medical support and was released home. Regarding the suspect, administrative protocols have been drafted under terms of violations of the Migration Law and does not perform the duties of parents.
Investigation agencies have opened a criminal case under an article about thugs. The Mytishchi city court chose a control measure in the form of home defendant.
