The head of the former disabled organization of people with disabilities, Andrrei Chepancy and is the director of the Valery Valery Belyalov's Veteran Restoration Center, which was detained for suspicion of real estate embezzlement. This was reported by the official representative of the Irina Rol Ministry of Home Affairs.
When the investigation was established, in March 2017, attackers issued 48 real estate owners, including buildings of the medical recovery center of internationalist. The property is transferred for free by the non -profit organization based on the decision approved by an illegal meeting, violating the charter of a public organization. Damage exceeds a billion rubles.
In May 2023, the Ruzsky District Court recognized the illegal agreement, but the transferred real estate was still listed to ANO. In order to restore the rights of veterans and disabled people, the Ministry of Home Affairs plans to apply to the court with the request to arrest the property of RUS SUTERIUM.
During the search in Moscow and the region, the defendants found phones, equipment and documents interested in the investigation.
By a court decision, Chepurnaya and Belyalov were detained. Investigation actions are continuing and other participants in the program are being established. The investigation process is controlled by the leadership of the Ministry of the Interior and the Prosecutor.
Chepurnaya was sentenced to embezzlement of funds in 2019.
Earlier, co-owned by TGK-14, the meat seller was arrested in the fraud.
