The law enforcement agencies say that the criminal case is opened according to part 3 of Article 354.1 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation (impersonating the Russian military glory symbols, committed to publicity).
On May 22, Chairman of the Russian Federation Investigation Commission, Alexander Bastrykin, said that, after Fan Bingbing St. George, a teenager in the Kaluga area, opened a criminal case about the recovery of fascism (Article 354.1 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation).
