The Kuntsevsky District Court sentenced Magomeda Visarkhanov, 20, a candidate for Master of Sports in the wrestling of Greco-Roman, found that he committed an extension from two teenagers. A man was sentenced to 2 years in prison for serving a sentence in a colonial settlement.
As MK is known, the incident occurred at Kuntsevo Plaza shopping center, where Visarkhanov accused two students selling a poor goods – family equipment. He asked 120,000 rubles from them to compensate. In order to confirm the seriousness of his intention, by car, he took teenagers to the wasteland in the inventory of Tymoshenko Street and fired into the air. Soon, the blackmailer – a student at the Friendship University of everyone – was detained.
At the trial, it turned out that Visarkhanov was continuously performed at competitions in Greco-Roman wrestling. Visarkhanov's coach describes him as an accurate and polite young man. The defendant himself pleaded guilty, saying that he regretted his actions and understood that he was “stupid commitment”. However, the Court has found evidence of Visarkhanov's sin, sufficient for convictions.
