The Court arrested Deputy Head of Essentuki City, head of the City Asset Management Committee in case of abuse of power. This has been reported in the Telegram channel of the Russian Investigation Committee Office to Stavropol territory.
According to the investigation, the Deputy Director of the City and his deputy provided a person associated with a piece of land, believed to hire an Essentukov resident. They gave her official answer to her statement, but the woman moved to law enforcement agencies. After that, the defendants of the case forced the new owner to give up the right to use the website and delete it from cadastral registration.
At the request of the investigation against the Deputy Head of Essentuki City, the head of the City Asset Management Committee, Essentuki, a preventive measure was elected in the form of detention until June 9, 2025, the report said.
In March, the court arrested the son of the former Deputy Governor of the Bryansk Sergey Tymoshenko, charged with mediation in the transfer of bribes. According to the department, the man is the name of Anton Tymoshenko. A criminal case was established against him in part 4 of art. 291.1 of the Penal Code.
