The court rejected the former colonel of the Ministry of Home Affairs Dmitry Zakharchenko in a colony, located near his daughter's residence. This has been reported to the reference to the RIA Novosti court documents.
During the lawsuit submitted for the benefit of a young child Zakharchenko, the rejection of FSIN was disputed in the translation of the old colonel was convicted. However, the Court has recognized FSIN's decision correctly and refused to satisfy the claim.

In 2019, the court ordered him to pay a fine of nearly 118 million rubles. Along with the operating collection, the debt is up to 125.5 million rubles.
Earlier, Zakharchenko had moved to the Russian President with the request to send him a volunteer to his area.
