The head of the administrative work department of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture Oleg Donskoy, who was wanted for 12 years in the case of theft of more than two billion rubles, used fake documents. It was reported by RIA Novosti.
Documents determined that the official was charged with the implementation of nine crimes. For them, a penalty is not a prisoner for a maximum of ten years to be provided for them.
