The man refused to testify at a meeting in the Dorogomilovsky Court on May 7, the prosecutor declared his words.
According to a MK reporter from the courtroom, the defendant was a 30 -year -old resident of Tatarstan. In the Moscow area, he has no place to reside permanently: “He sleeps where you can sleep.”

The man completely pleaded guilty. The next meeting was planned on June 17.
