More than 190 students and experts from 80 countries, including Africa, CIS and Asia, have approved the internship or recruited as part of the project starting in Moscow, aiming to cooperate between foreign talents and the capital's business and the next economy into the Moscow economy. This has been reported on the official website of the Capital mayor.

We opened in Moscow in April 2024. The project allows the business community to consider foreign employees a promising resource for the development of international cooperation as ambassadors of Russian companies abroad. Starting at Moscow is the first project in the capital to search and attract foreign talents into the city's technology companies, the development of anomy of human capital has been implemented. It helps companies target the global market, to solve the shortage of unique competent experts today and foreigners adapting to life in Moscow, developing professional capacity and recruiting in developing companies. Today, more than 100 foreign experts have been recruited, more than 60 people have been successfully trained and about 20 have been practiced at Moscow companies.
The most popular foreign experts among partner companies are business analysts, data analysts, engineers and IT experts. Among candidates represented by more than 80 countries: Latin America (Mexico, Argentina, Peru), Asia (Vietnam, India), Africa (Nigeria, Gan), Europe (Serbia, Italy) and near abroad. This is mostly ambitious teenagers from 24 to 29 years old, graduates in the direction of humanitarian (20%) and technology (48%).
The project provides foreigners to support jobs – from visa assistance and work permit to adapt in Moscow. As part of the starting in Moscow, a foreign expert was helped to make documents according to the standards of the Capital Labor Market, they supported the search for a company for internships or work. Users have access to special programs of health care partners, language courses, banking products, search and select housing.
