More than 190 students and experts from 80 countries, including Africa, CIS and Asia, have approved practice or recruited as part of the project starting in Moscow. It aims to cooperate between foreign talents and the capital's business activities, followed by Moscow's economy.
Starting at Moscow – a project to search and attract foreign talents to the city's technology companies implemented by the development of anomy of human capital. It helps companies aimed at the global market to solve the problem of lack of unique competent experts today and foreigners who adapt to life in Moscow, develop professional capacity and use in dynamic development companies. Today, more than 100 foreign experts have been recruited, more than 60 people have been successfully trained and about 20 have been practiced at Moscow companies.
We opened in Moscow in April 2024. The project allows the business community to consider foreign employees a promising resource for the development of international cooperation as ambassadors of Russian companies abroad. The most popular foreign experts among partner companies are business analysts, data analysts, engineers and IT experts. Among candidates represented by more than 80 countries: Latin America (Mexico, Argentina, Peru), Asia (Vietnam, India), Africa (Nigeria, Gan), Europe (Serbia, Italy) and near abroad. This is mostly ambitious young people from 24 to 29 years old, graduates in the direction of humanitarian (20 percent) and technology (48 percent).
