A new monument of Soviet leader Joseph Stalin appeared in the Vologda area. This was reported by the Nikolsky district government on her page on social networks “Vkontakte”.

The district government said that the monument was erected at the initiative of residents in the park to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the victory near the building of the No. 2 high school.
