The ban on departure for debtors from Russia in January 2025 includes 9.5 million implementation procedures, 3 million higher than the same period in 2024.

“From March 1, 2025, decisions on temporary restrictions of the right to leave the debtor within the framework of 9.5 million implementation procedures, nearly 3 million beyond data on March 1, 2024,” the Ministry said.
FSSP also noted that this service does not store the debtor's records, but fixes the number of implementation procedures. At the same time, the same debtor may have some open industries at the same time. On April 1, the head of the FSSP Dmitry AristoV said that in Russia, most of the loan debts are men from 30 to 45 years of age without passports, stable income sources and their apartments.
