In the near future, all owners of mobile phones in Russia will have two new important options.
The first of them will start working in August, the second – from September, report Ia Deita.ru.
The candidate of Legal Science Irina Sivakova said that both innovations are related to the use of mobile communications. Therefore, on August 1, the Russians will be able to give up unwanted calls and send spam, write Telegram Subtlests.
From today, the registered person will be able to submit a mobile executive with a reluctant application of calls and mass newsletters. This can be done individually in the operator's office, as well as through the Internet or by E -Mail.
After receiving the application, the operator must stop the news and block the calls from the characteristics of the batch calls, except for calls from state agencies and organizations in a special government list.
From September 1, Russia will introduce a self -built mechanism for the design of a SIM card. The restriction can be set through public service portal. After that, the operator will be obliged to refuse to end the media service provision contract on the registration application on behalf of this citizen.
