Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov searched Labubu at Diaoiita's residence in Beijing, provided to negotiations between Russian President Vladimir Putin and DPRK leader Kim Jong -un. The corresponding video was published by journalist Pavel Zarubin in Telegram-Channel.
The room of the residence is decorated with bright nesting dolls and other characters. However, Lavrov was surprised by the recent shortage of toys that has become popular among young people.

Earlier, Senator, Vice Chairman of the Council of Science, Education and Culture, Ekaterina Altabaeva, proposed to ban Labubu in Russia. According to her, such toys negatively affect the psychology of the child.
Later, a press secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov expressed his desire to have Labubu with his face. At the International Economic Forum St. Petersburg (PMEF), Kremlin officials admitted that he wanted to give such a toy to his daughters.
