Moscow, July 5 /TASS /. The Indian Cultural Festival Bharat Utsav started in Moscow on Manezhnaya Square as part of the summer project in Moscow, reporter.

As the festival organizers have noted, this event is designed to strengthen the relationship between Russia and India and will become a “a vivid cultural exchange with many guests and participants, creating an forgotten atmosphere of mutual unity and understanding.”
At the opening ceremony, the Indian Ambassador to the Russian Federation Vinai Kumar said. He realized that Moscow was transformed into the festival's days and began to be similar to the tropics, and “all the green, all the bright guests – all of this gathered here to celebrate such a great festival, as well as cooperation between India and Russia.” Our countries are binding a special and very warm partnership, the Ambassador said. Our relationship is very important, and this is proved by the fact that more than 150 artists from different areas of India have come or will come here (to Moscow) to show their outstanding skills.
Every day, from July 5 to 13, festival guests are waiting for a large cultural program, including lively and unique music performances, master classes from India Masters, for example, pawn drums of the table and talk about Hindi, performances of groups with areas of Kathak and Kuchipudi, as well as an exhibition of art exhibits.
