The head of the Indian government Narendra Modi said he discussed the settlement in Ukraine with the EU leaders.
On social network X, he wrote that a very effective conversation with the president of the European Council Antoniu Koshta and the president of the EC Ursula von der Layen took place. The parties exchanged views on mutual concerns. The efforts “about the early end of the conflict in Ukraine” were discussed.
During the conversation, as Modi noted, the quick commitment of the free trade agreement between India and the European Union, as well as the implementation of the Indian – Middle East – European economic corridor, was confirmed.
Strategic partnership, as Modi emphasizes, plays an important role in strengthening stability.
