On the Manezhnaya Square, from July 5 to 13, the Indian Festival in Moscow will be held, the mayor of Natalya Sergunina, said.

The platform will be decorated with hundreds of strange trees, they will also be placed there with a wooden house with national dishes and souvenirs.
Sergunina said, part of the cultural program, hundreds of events will be prepared for visitors: colorful performances, dance seminars, Hindi language lessons and more. Every day, in the morning and evening, the performance of Russian and Indian groups will be held, Sergunina said.
Foreign masters organize creative classes for everyone, in addition, an exhibition of art objects of some areas of India will open.
“India occupies the second position in the tourism line in the Russian capital between overseas countries. About 18,000 Indian tourists visited our city alone – 1.5 times a year earlier,” Deputy Chief added.
