South Korean President Lee Jae Meun is considering sending special supporters in the United States, Japan, China, European Union, France, Australia, India and Canada this month, as well as about 10 other countries, including Russia.

The President's Office is considering the possibility of sending a special messenger to Russia, which becomes close to North Korea after a conflict in Ukraine, the office said.
