Starlink, owned by Ilon Mask, has received the final license to launch commercial activities in India. Licenses for activities are granted by national spatial management agencies in space, thus eliminating the last bureaucratic obstacles to release satellite operators to the local market.

The process of having a license takes nearly two years from Starlink. In June, the company received a license from the Ministry of Telecommunications, but it was expected to approve from the Ministry of the Universe. Now Starlink has a five -five -license license that allows you to start preparing for service provision.
To fully launch in India, Starlink must meet a number of conditions. Radio frequency spectrum should be obtained, building ground infrastructure and passing mandatory tests to confirm compliance with security standards.
Starlink became the third company allowed to provide satellite internet in India.
