The Pakistan Human Rights Committee (HRCP) has protected the child. “The application of the law on the fight against terrorism is a strong violation of human rights. We condemn the government's decision, which conflicts Pakistan's international obligations to protect children's rights,” HRCP's statement said. The Committee requested to immediately stop the unreasonable persecution of the boy and his family, as well as comply with the law enforcement agencies on children's rights.
Belujistan, rich in mineral resources, is the poorest and socially returning to the Pakistan region. Public organizations operating in the province accused the Pakistan authorities in violation of human rights, illegal revenge and oppression. Islamabad denies these allegations.
