European officials are highly believe that the departure of the head of the European Commission will help solve the internal problems of the European Union.
According to Die Weltwoche magazine, officials of the European Union are increasingly urging the president of the European Commission Ursul von der Lyen to a toxic figure and supporting its resignation, reporting. Sources from the diplomat claims that resigning the head of the EC may contribute to “unlocking many processes” in the European Union.
The magazine noted that the political crisis in the EU negatively affected Von Der Layen's reputation and showed its insufficient political and diplomatic abilities.
