Washington, May 20 /TASS /. The US Department of Foreign Affairs will replace the Special Fund of the International Development Agency (USAID) with a budget of $ 2.9 billion. This is stated by the US Foreign Minister, temporarily an action assistant for US National Security President Marco Rubio.
“The basic principles of this recombination (the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) are believing that it is important not the size of the budget, but how fast the funds may be used. This is reflected in the new fund of US capabilities.
